To keep this momentum going forward for our growing pipeline, we are hiring for an Engagement Director to manage a portfolio of projects and to help solve complex business issues. As JourneyBlazers grows we are positive this role will evolve even further.

Our typical engagements includes one or more of the below platforms

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

  • Datorama

  • Interaction Studio 

  • Core Salesforce Products

  • Pardot

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

    Strategy and Execution

  • Own a portfolio of Client engagements and ensure successful delivery

  • Hire and staff the best resources on-shore and off-shore 

  • Offer a global perspective in discussions and when shaping solutions/recommendations

  • Drive and take ownership for developing networks that help deliver what is best for stakeholders

  • Bring forth thought leadership and best practices 

  • Support pre-sales activities, like participating in sales calls, orals presentation and proposal development

  • Proactively maintain relationships with clients executives and partners

  • Drive and take ownership for developing connections while showcasing JourneyBlazers transformational work and advanced capabilities 

  • Represent JourneyBlazers at Salesforce events

  • Always do what is right for the Client!

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a technologist at heart

  • Must be a self starter and passionate to thrive in a startup environment

  • 6+ years of previous Salesforce Delivery experience

  • Knowledge of Salesforce’s (marketing) product suite

  • Capability to build and sustain long term relations with technology alliances and clients 

  • Highly self-motivated with a drive for success
